Uncertainty in this business is almost never a strategy problem. It's an unmade call, an unsent offer, an unchased follow-up. Pick the lead, make the offer, send the text. Clarity comes AFTER the action, not before it.
Revenue solves 90% of what you're worried about.
Payroll stress, visa costs, parents' money, the truck — every one of these is downstream of closed deals. The fastest way out of any anxious loop: what gets us closer to 75 deals at $25K average? Do that today.
Volume beats mood.
You don't need to feel good to make 65 dials or review 3 offers. The standards exist so the business moves on your worst day. Hold yourself to the same daily standards you hold Tyler and Tyrus to.
The boring stuff is the moat.
Follow-ups, notes in the CRM, tasks set on every lead, clean books. Deals fall apart from missed follow-ups and indecision — not from competitors being smarter. Out-boring them.

1) Does it move us toward 75 deals at $25K avg fee? 2) Would the man my kids believe I am do this? 3) Can it be done today instead of tomorrow? If yes — go. If no — kill it without guilt.
